"What? You're sending me away?" Shanti frowned. "But I wanna stay here with you!" Sure, she was worried about seeing two guys get hanged, but she was also curious to see how it would all play out. Such was the mind of a child. She got that stubborn look on her face, despite Djali pushing her with his head. "Djali, cut it out," she said, pushing the little goat away. Djali seemed to give her a look that said "Kid, move your butt or I'm movin' it for ya."

Esme gave Shanti a frustrated look right back, one that often appeared on her face when trying to get Shanti to do something. She put her hands on her hips, standing to one side, "I don't want you to see something you don't want to see if something should go wrong. You'll have nightmares;I know you will." She then gave a Shanti a kind, reassuring smile, "I'll tell you what happens, just please go home."

It looked like Shanti wasn't going to win this one. She usually didn't when it came to arguing with her sister. She pouted, but she did eventually give in. "Fine. You win. But you'd better tell me everything." She gave her sister a look before walking away, Djali behind her.

Esme smiled triumphantly but loving at Shanti, handing her the bag with food, "Of course. I'll be there as soon as I can." She ruffled Shanti's and then Djali's hair on the top of their heads as they each walked by, smiling as she watched them leave. Her face then turned more serious when she turned back to what was happening on the platform.

"You heard them." Kida said, looking at Clopin with a serious look. "And your audience is leaving now, it's not as fun. Let them go." She crosses her arms.
Clopin made a tch! noise. "Put them into the dungeons." He said simply, as the gypsies took Quasi and Phoebus away.
"But Clopin-!" Kida went to fight. Clopin looks at her with a look and she shuts up immediatly.
"This Hanging is postponed to another date, go back to your lives now." Clopin announces, hearing all sorts of responses from the crowd. He diappears, leaving Kida on the Platform alone.

Toothless cooed sadly as he looked up at Kida with a whine.
Ariel asked worried as she catght up with her dragon, "What are we going to do Kida? They don't deserve to be hung."
Jervis said as he drank his tea, "I agree with young Ariel Miss Kida. What will you do is the question?"

"Not if I can help it." Kida says looking at the three. "Thank you, for the support." She smiles, before hopping off onto the ground and disappearing into the crowd.

Esme made her way through the retreating crowd until she was next to Kida, matching her strides. "Need any help?" She said to Kida with a smirk, but genuine concern in her eyes. She wasn't sure what was going on precisely, but she knew Clopin would often sentence perfectly innocent people to hang.

"You'll get in trouble if you help me though." Kida says, looking over at Esme. Just a poor excuse of saying she didn't really know how to convince Clopin not to hang them.

Toothless cooed happily and followed Kida.
Ariel said as she tried to catch up with her dragon, "Toothless, wait up."
Jervis looked nervously and said after he rubbed his forehead and started to follow them, "Someone has to nail her feet to the floor."

Esme faked a light laugh, "Well, what's a little trouble every now and then," she continued to smirk. "Do you have any idea what you're going to do?" she looked over at Kida, her face turning to one of concern. "How did those guys even get down here? And why?"

Esme stopped too, her eyes widening a bit in surprise. "Oh. Uh, why?" she asked uncertainly. "I mean, you knew the risk. I just, I want to understand. So I can better help you," she twisted her hands as she spoke nervously. She didn't want to insult Kida or anything, she just wanted to know all the facts. So she would know everything she needed to know to pick a side and help that side.

Kida stops, looking back at Esme. "They can help us, believe or not. Phoebis believes that what Frollo is doing is wrong and Quasimodo... I know he can change the course of this war. " Kids says with all her belief.

Toothless sniffed out Phoebus and Quasi and Ariel said with a smile, "Toothless is getting their scent."
Toothless looked through the cells and sniffed out the prisoners.
Jervis said after he wiped his brow, "That dragon knows his smell."
Toothless cooed as he pointed the way to the cells.
