It had been a while since Jim had seen Aurora last. He figured it wouldn't hurt to visit, even though his mother had plenty of bread back at the inn.
Oh crap. He stopped in his tracks. Toothless was right in front of the door. Jim swallowed, nervously inching his way over, trying to ignore the dirty look Toothless was giving him.
"Nice...dragon..." He gave a nervous laugh before quickly opening the door and dashing inside, hoping Toothless wouldn't try to bite him. He sighed in relief, then noticed that he was looking like a wimp in front of Aurora. He quickly stood up straighter and cleared his throat, trying to act like he hadn't been all frightened a moment ago. "Hey Aurora, how's it going?" he asked, giving a little wave.

Toothless sniffed Jim from behind and tiled his head to the side as Ariel came into the baker and said with a smile, "Time to get bread."

Aurora looked up from the spot behind the counter where she had been nibbling on a loaf of bread. She tossed it aside and brushed the flower off of her hands before letting out a small giggle at the sight of Jim running through the door "oh hello Jim!" she said excitedly "oh you know, business as usual" she shrugged, leaning over the case holding all of the bread "Do you need anything for the inn?"
"hello there!" she called to Ariel "I'll be with you in a moment..." she trailed off, noticing the dragon "AWEE you're dragon's so cute!" she squealed, a huge grin on her face

Toothless blushed and laughed bashfully and Ariel said with a smile as Toothless stared at Aurora, "I'm gonna have to something about you Toothless."

"Seems like that's all we get around here," said Jim, brushing his hair back. "Just the usual stuff, nothing terribly exciting." He shook his head. "We're stocked up for a while. I just thought I'd pop in and say hello. Seems kind of empty in here, anyway."
He spun around when Aurora mentioned the word "dragon." He jumped to see Toothless, with Ariel beside him. "Cute? That dragon has tried to eat me on several occasions!"

Ariel explained with a smile, "He was protecting me. He just doesn't trust you yet."
Toothless sat on his back hind-legs and made a gummy grin at Aurora.
